    The hills are alive with the sound of Saxton Hale punching things while helicopters circle above. If you think that’s an odd introduction to a show you clearly haven’t experienced KritzKast, the Team Fortress 2 podcast, before. I mention this only because the new weapons in TF2 have us talking about Quake and Rage as much as Pyro cake, The TF2 Free-2-Play invitational and some excellent TF2 youtubes. Fear not! We’ve not lost our minds, despite the best efforts of our listeners.

    This week we are reverting back into kids again. Somebody has stuffed our toy boxes with TF2 Goodies. Imagine being a child and handed lazer guns designed in the 50’s. You don’t need to imagine. Its real. after we’re done playing with pew pew guns, We’ll take a trip to the arcade and play Team Fortress Arcade. Yeah, that’s right. get your coins ready for an evening of Arcade gaming TF style. Then when we come home, you’ll notice some distinctly TF2 Shaped action figures. Does that not sound like the perfect day for your inner child? No? How about if you spend the whole day with drunken f00l?…..Yeah, that’s better.

    You may not think it, but we may have uncovered the greatest buff ever…..how ever we properly haven’t. What we do have is all the little parts you think we missed from the uber update. yeah, you thought we didn’t notice the taunts or blog update, well you were wrong. Not only did we notice that, we also noticed all the summer coolers lying about the place. We also slightly noticed a pile of tickets with the words “Summer Camp” written on them. we couldn’t help but notice that its the TF2 wiki’s Birthday. But lastly we want to help you notice the TF2 crafting adviser. Sit up and take notice will you.

    FREEDOM!!! That’s what Valve gave us this week. The freedom to watch meet the medic and find out why we have been accosted by so many doves recently. The freedom to be a gangster on Mondays, Walk through the dessert on Tuesdays and fight in the war on Wednesdays. The freedom to use a mountain of new weapons against our enemies. The freedom to stand tall and claim ourselves to be Über. Yes we are covering one of Valves biggest and most ambitious updates yet. But most of all, They gave us the freedom to play TF2 for free…dom.
